Leg warmers
I have ordered some very cute leg warmers for Kira. I thought she could wear them with shorts once it warms up a bit outside but before it's warm enought for shorts.
I got her the grey with black spots, they are from Swedish Tradera! 30 kr (a bit under AU$5), I love a bargain :-)
And how gorgeous are these with little bloomers?! Something for Tiki maybe? She's got the chubby legs to match.

New Jeans
Mothercare is an English chain which has recently opened here in Australia. I really like their stuff but I find it a little overpriced (compared to the prices they charged in the UK) but they have great sales and that's what I happened to stumble upon today.
I went home with some gorgeous jeans for my little girls. Jeggings for Teagan and these very cool skinny jeans with pockets, creases and zips for Kira. I bought a size bigger than she wears at the moment so she can wear them next year.
They were both 40% off, I love a bargain :-)

Boris Tyrannosaurus Ultimate T-Rex
I bought Boris for my nephew's third birthday in a couple of weeks.
I love giving big presents, I guess I remember getting big parcels as a child and how exciting that was and Boris is definitely big! He's 24 inch long and
he roars, stomps and chomps.
The special button on InterAction Roar 'N’ React Boris’s back makes dino sounds and enables him talk to all of his dino friends (you can also purchase Morris, Ned, Tiny, Tank and Buddy from the Dinosaur Train show.

Beanies
I find it so hard to find beanies for the kids. They are so boring or fashionable/cute but not at all practical.
Almost all the beanies I've got for the girls have been bought in Sweden, which I suppose make sense as you would need a beanie for a much longer period over there.
I sent my mum out to search for some for the girls but as it's summer in Sweden she had no luck....still we survive this winter and next European winter I'm going to be forward thinking and stock up for next year!
Or I could possibly learn to knit, although, I seem to remember that I wasn't too great at that back in school....A pair of mittens without fingers and thumb comes to mind....
Tiki's got this cute hat from Pumpkin Patch but it's not that warm- very very cute though

UGG boots
There's nothing better than putting your feet in warm, soft UGG boots on a cold day. The houses here in Australia are badly insulated and there's no central heating so during the winter Uggies are a must!
Kira has a purple lambs wool pair- they cost and arm and a leg to buy but they are worth it!

Burger Boy
Ok so last post of today! I must recommend Burger Boy to all parents that have children who are fussy eaters, well all parents can really do with a copy of Burger Boy in the book shelf.
http://www.amazon.com/Burger-Boy-Alan-Durant/dp/0618714669
Benny eats only bad food and finally turns into a hamburger....he's chased all over town by dogs, cows and big boys until he's mum rescues him, feed him vegetables and turn him back into a boy. There's also a surprise ending!
It's hilarious, both Kira and I loved it!

Next
Another tip! http://www.nextdirect.com/
Next is a UK clothes chain with clothes for the whole family and finally they are shipping to Australia (they ship to everywhere in the world pretty much) and postage is free at the moment and always cheap.
I love their tall range for me, who's 6 foot and I love their kids clothes, not to talk about their shoes, they are so cute and really affordable.
The only slight downside is that delivery takes a little while, usually 7-10 working days but it's worth the wait- promise

Etsy
I just recently discovered Etsy! It's an American website where people list their creations, you can find almost anything there and with the US dollar being as it is, prices are great!
A lot of the listings only display shipping prices to North America but I always ask if they would ship to Australia and it's never been a problem.
Get your credit card ready and go to http://www.etsy.com/ You can pay by paypal or credit card.
My last purchases where these gorgeous outfits for the girls for summer. They are from a seller called LylaClaireClothing. Aren't they gorgeous?!

The Alphabet Tree
The Alphabet Tree is one of my favourite web based stores. They do gorgeous personalized tops and the most beautiful wall stickers, all at reasonable prices. The princess is wearing her favourite K shirt on the picture below.
Sometimes when you buy personalized clothing you get a gorgeous print on an average quality t-shirt, not at Alphabet Tree, the shirts are great quality and the prints looks like new even after several washes.
I have bought several items and always been very pleased with the service provided.
Have a look at http://www.alphabettree.com.au/
